Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Documentation Support: Assemble and verify loan files, select financial data, collateral related documents and searches, credit reports, and loan applications.
  • System Maintenance: Accurately review and image loan documents, business financials, tax returns, and other applicable loan, credit, and customer related documents to the bank's core system following current naming conventions. 
  • Compliance & Administration: Ensure files comply with bank policies and regulations, manage calendars for lenders if needed, and monitor monthly reports for loan maturities, past due loans, loan fees, loan covenants, etc. 
  • Client and Third-Party Liaison:Serve as a contact point for borrowers and third-party vendors (including, but not limited to settlement companies, attorneys, and various collateral related search companies) to collect necessary information and respond to inquiries.
  • Loan Processing: Assist with preparing loan closing packages, drafting letters, and initiating correspondence.

HOURS will average approximately 40 hours per week. This position is budgeted for 2,080 hours per year.
