Job Description

Toivoa Coaching, a nonprofit dedicated to helping Delaware residents launch meaningful, flexible careers in health and wellness.

Thanks to a Department of Labor and Toivoa scholarship, Delaware residents can now earn $18/hour for 26 weeks while working towards your Health Coach Training certifcate. Toivoa also covers the $5,000 cost of the NBHWC training program,.

Program Overview:

· 26 weeks of structured training: Complete classroom learning, hands-on practicum, and NBHWC exam preparation.

· 6–8 weeks independent study: After completing the program, you’ll finalize your preparation and wait for NBHWC exam results.

· Total timeline: Approximately 32–34 weeks from start to becoming a certified, board-eligible health coach.
