Coral Springs is a long-term care and rehabilitation center providing quality services in the Wilmington, DE community.
We are currently hiring a full-time Maintenance worker.
The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:
- The Maintenance Tech has the ability to work independently
- The Maintenance Tech has the willingness to be flexible, in order to meet needs of our residents and the willingness to learn.
- ability to support the team by working in a cohesive team-oriented manner and multi-task
- The Maintenance Tech will have the ability to work in a detail-oriented manner
- The Maintenance Tech has the basic knowledge of preventative building maintenance services, painting, plumbing, groundskeeping
- knowledge of HVAC helpful
- Ability to problem-solve in a manner that benefits the care being provided to our residents
